ExactVu™ Mastery Program

The ExactVu™ Mastery Program is included with the purchase of every ExactVu system.

We are committed to ensuring every user is confident and proficient, with ongoing feedback designed to help you optimize system performance and continuously improve clinical outcomes.

How It Works

Once your system is installed, you’ll gain access to the Exact Imaging Learning Management System, your central hub for training and education. This platform includes a robust library of PRI-MUS cases and additional resources to support your development.

Program includes:

•  Completing mandatory e-learning modules

•  Performing 10–15 supported cases alongside an ExactVu Clinical Specialist

•  Transitioning to independent use of the system

•  Collecting and submitting clinical cases for review

Exact Imaging provides a simple, guided workflow to ensure consistent and efficient data collection. All case data and pathology reports are anonymized and securely submitted through our portal.  Access to submitted data is restricted to authorized Exact Imaging personnel only. Data handling practices comply with applicable GDPR, HIPAA & PIPEDA data protection regulations.

Mastery Program Levels

The ExactVu Mastery Program is structured into four progressive levels, designed to support your growth from initial use to clinical expertise:

At each milestone, you’ll receive a certificate of recognition from Exact Imaging. Completion of Level 4 recognizes you as an ExactVu Micro-Ultrasound Expert, with formal certification and acknowledgment across Exact Imaging’s social media channels.

Ongoing Feedback & Case Review

A key differentiator of the Mastery Program is continuous, personalized feedback.

At each stage, our clinical experts analyze your cases and provide actionable feedback to help refine your technique and maximize diagnostic performance.
